Dislikes

There is too little career growth. And also compensation is too low . The work pressure is to high and sometimes I have worked 14-18 hours in a day. HOD do not value an individual employee's strength and ability and that's why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

BVG is very grateful company in India. According to my work profile it is slightly challenging. Emergency Medical Services 108 project is looking forward to serving the patients life.

Teammates was good and giving good treatment and salary also, travel allowances given by the Company.

Slightly politics were happened in company's senior level. The work environment of company was good but at the same time to maintain balance of work and life was too much hectic.
