Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. You will get enough room to show you existing skills as well as to develop new one.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. You'll feel it if you work their for more than 2 years. No job security, if you have done mistake you'll be easily get fired.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Hamne kaam kiya hai bvg me Lekin na hamari sallry badi bina baat ke pese cut ho gaye the ek baar hr kiya unhone alag hi math karke samjhaya hame samajh nahi aaya kyu kate hai bvg me agar aapko emergency off chahiye to bahut dikkat hoti hai dusra vaha par kuch Ladko ka ek esa group hai agar ünke beech rahke sarif insaan kaam karta hai to nahi kar paeg job me koi feature nahi hai
