Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot working and the management does address issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
