I did not like anything in this company.

Salary issue, salary not released on time, seniors do not appreciate our work but leaves no opportunity to insult and humiliate you on even small ignorable mistakes, seniors looks for your negative points rather than positive points. They will never highlight your positive features in front of HOD but will speak about your non perfor mance and mistakes. No satisfactory salary hike. Learning experience is good, we can update our skills and enjoy working, but if you want to earn money it is not as good as we expect.

Early appraisal is also one of the drawback, and salary will not be provided on time, my experience with HR is not good, not only for me.

I worked as Customer support Engineer, i will support is any problem in the site after the project is done or customer needs any changes, and also we will support for AMC.
