My team members are the best!

Dislikes

Management tends to prioritize one department over others. Providing and offering extra hours to one department while workers in other departments have to have their hours cut to make up for it.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
