As a organization, it is an MNC to work with but it completely depends on the people who are leading it. It does not matter how best your organization's culture is but if you do not have the right people to follow this best culture then it is useless. Not everyone working in the company falls into the same category but unfortunately, I met the wrong person as my leader.

Dislikes

Managerial hiring is done from their previous organizations where they were working together, without understanding the capability of the person. My reporting manager was not a leader but a typical boss who never encouraged his team. The result is people have to leave their jobs.

I enjoyed my internships in Marketing, I found and learnt many interesting things during internship. The work culture and learning in very pretty. I enjoyed very much FUN Friday every month. Burlington English India deposit the salary on time, less work pressure and more learning.
