Only Company Name is Big. They are working like a shop keeper.

Dislikes

They are treating good behave with staff members. HR will give you appointment letter with writing of your working day is five but seniors are not allowing to take rest on Saturday. They are not providing good trainings to schools. They are very greedy people. Politics is so much in company. MOST OF THE SENIORS ARE FROM Cambridge. They are running whole company with their own rules. So please don't join this company and don't spoil your future....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
