This is my honest review, company is very good as far as global role is concern.

Dislikes

In India the management do not look for ground reality and only focus on number.. So many unnecessary teams meetings which is pathetic.. Five days working. But, one will feel he/she is working for whole 7 days.. anyway if one is going either in Zonal manager or National manager position one can join. But, never join as manager or sales or services.. humble advise

Appraisal system...your promotions and increments are based on your stakeholders feedback. Your efforts are considered secondary. 18 to 20% of CTC is considered as bonus which is variable, as it depends on individual performance, company performance and overall business performance.

Company work culture is good. Supporting manager, management and teammates. One can learn and grow if the efforts are seen. Lots of opportunities to grow to the highest level.
