In India the management do not look for ground reality and only focus on number.. So many unnecessary teams meetings which is pathetic.. Five days working. But, one will feel he/she is working for whole 7 days.. anyway if one is going either in Zonal manager or National manager position one can join. But, never join as manager or sales or services.. humble advise

Poor to worse management. Managers are misleading Skip-level meetings are of no use, they don't care about the employees. No professionalism. Poor infrastructure. If you join in or after 4th month of the year, you will get only 4-5 leaves( including sick, casual, and annual) for the entire year. Managers are not at all supportive, they will have personal grudges for you if you have ever talked about your challenges to them or the employee forum.
