This is my honest review, company is very good as far as global role is concern.

In India the management do not look for ground reality and only focus on number.. So many unnecessary teams meetings which is pathetic.. Five days working. But, one will feel he/she is working for whole 7 days.. anyway if one is going either in Zonal manager or National manager position one can join. But, never join as manager or sales or services.. humble advise

The company is open to the innovation and readily gives the project to prove and adopts the same, I am the part of the team that markets reliable and high-quality retrofit kits and products and they do have global client base and manufature units as well they are also good at other criteria which i have rated as baove.
