I request everyone if anybody planning to join Buhler the join for the management post not below that, if you are not in management then u will never find ways to grow in ur life.

Dislikes

In Buhler India (specifically) if your not working in management then I refer you not to join Buhler. Trust me I quit Buhler after working for 12years.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
