Off late there is no job security, hard work doesn't get paid, if your in good books of the HR then you are safe. HR grades you by hearsay n not on evaluation. Very good facilities like transport, food, ambience, leaves. Performance evaluation is a big sham, done for record keeping only.

Dislikes

No respect for hard work, dedication, sincerity. No increments, lot of cost cutting activities off late which effects the employees.

It was challenging, for the initial six months I had to beg for job as they had but allotted any projects , I took initiative n started helping the sales and quotation team and supported them for six months. I was handling both quotation and execution of
