Dislikes

Career growth is slow. Far away from city. Salary hike wont confirm anybody. Family health insurance is not provided from company. If you are residing near company, transportation will be waste, which you cannot claim. Bonus is the part of CTC, hence based on individual, department and company performance it will be decided.

Hopeless Indian Management ,one should have a god father to survive n get promotion,increase in boot lickrs,not worried about Indian market ,several ex Buhler can give good competitive machineries ,good project and automation,spares very expensive,no job security now a days,increment normal 2%,better to negotiate while joining ,

They have geared up to tackle this COVID-19 by providing work from home facility to all except those in Manufacturing & Supply chain management. They have even shifted the desktop with UPS for facilitating Work from home option for all. All safety measures are being maintained as per the SOP.

Dislikes

No Apprasisal past two years, lot of politics, favoritism in promotions / appraisals, no unity among various teams, cut through competition for survival. No Job security off late.

Off late there is no job security, hard work doesn't get paid, if your in good books of the HR then you are safe. HR grades you by hearsay n not on evaluation. Very good facilities like transport, food, ambience, leaves. Performance evaluation is a big sham, done for record keeping only.

No respect for hard work, dedication, sincerity. No increments, lot of cost cutting activities off late which effects the employees.
