Working with Buhler was good only because there were stakeholders and a functional manager from a different country, other than India. They were the only motivation to work in that company, despite being virtually available.

Toxic work culture Biased Management No flexibility Managers compare performance data with tenure employees. Managers are very demotivating 1-0-1s are terrible, they make fun of and threaten you. Poor to worse management. Managers are misleading Skip-level meetings are of no use, they don't care about the employees. No professionalism. Poor infrastructure. If you join in or after 4th month of the year, you will get only 4-5 leaves( including sick, casual, and annual) for the entire year. Managers are not at all supportive, they will have personal grudges for you if you have ever talked about your challenges to them or the employee forum. Instead of resolving that, they will target you for everything and make your life miserable....Read More
