In this company ODU and ODU Support departments is there, i never ever seen that type of department and staffs in my life, the worst department in BSS microfinance is ODU team and the boss (COO) is the useless person in BSS, they didn't know about what happening in his department, and he knows only 3 persons in n his department and what they are says that's only correct, there actually working ppls are different and credit goes to other people.
