There’s nothing to like in this company, I worked at head Office and here the culture is corrupt.

>No voice of employee. >All the senior management are employees worst nightmare. >Even the HR department is made up of egotistical and unprofessional people. According to the HR if you are not one of the senior people of the company then you are just like an ant in front of elephant- invisible. >No mechanism for employee grievance >You can be asked to leave anytime >Its better to stay unemployed then join this company. >Also, the head of HR Lekshmi Bhargavi is the worst person you can even come across. She is not a human. She disrespects and shouts at her junior almost everyday, she loves to see people cry. >If you are planning to join HO in any role, please don’t, it’s better to stay unemployed then working in BSS. Although it is a subsidiary of Kotak but the ethics and company culture is poles apart. >Your opinions and grievances would never be acknowledged and if you have to face Lekshmi in any situation she’ll sure make you cry and want to die....Read More
