Silent layoffs in the name of poor performance, they put employess on PIP stating poor performance and then ask the employee to resign, or else they would write on the experience letter that employee was fired and will spoil background checks as well for future employers.

Managers are biased and usually they micro-manage their team. And they will pick anyone who’re bot their favourite for PIP even after performing better than other colleagues where the sole purpose of PIP is to fire you. Management will just hire and fire anyone for their experimental work. They just don’t care about anyone’s career for their own profit.

Be careful who is your reporting manager here, most of them are just wearing mask and telling we are family 🤣, another corporate with unrealistic goals. They lost their valuation in 2 billion that should give you the idea of what's going on.

Unrealistic goals, increasing their price every month, ohhh boi the monetization team they are living on cloud 9 for sure, sister/brother just to impress the top management you are spewing BS like customer is not showing any issue with price increase lol, and every product launched they are the industry leader what a BS joke 🤣.
