One and only benefit is that we can learn more with the working in brlps

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Salaries are too low as campare with work load. Timely salary increament, pay fixation is very poor. BRLPS is now creating more work load and loosing base of its core work. Employees of brlps are constrained to work for the others department's work Very bad system

Brilliant place to work. Every decision of the management is for people's good unfortunately employees don't see the bigger pictures and look for immediate benefits and incentives.
