You won’t get good hike to survive in today’s world. Even the inflation is approx 8% and they won’t give more than 6-8% average. Hard to survive.

Company is good. People are good. Team and Mangers are also good. Growth opportunities can be seen.

Dislikes

Everything good except a global company like BP is also following the minimum percentage hike from last job they should assess the candidate ability to perform the task and then offer the Salary otherwise BP is just like other MNC.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
