I had worked with Britannia for 7 years and lot of achievement got in fuel and power saving specially fuel because my previous experience in boiler and industrial burner. We have not got credit for this. Also I have tour for 15 days hazipur and madurai

Politics on high level, career growth not possible but reletives or buttering people can growth,HR is not able to maintain discipline in the plant and also not supportive,job security is there, appraisal is very poor less then inflation rate,
