There is no proper process for regular yearly salary hike and promotions and no job security, you can get kicked off any day without prior notice.

Nothing, this a totally unprofessional and a hire to fire company

This is a totally hire and fire company.They hire people with one skillset and epect them to work in a completly different skillset with with zero KT or Ramp Up time. They don't know the difference between different specialities and will hire people with totally different skillset since they don't know how skills and specialities and differentiated and how to hire the right people. This is a total hire to fire company and they fire employees before the probation is completed that why the notice period id only 2 weeks. Company is filled mostly with Junior employees since the mangement doesnt know how to hire and retain experienced employees. The hr is a joke here , so unprofessional will will make wierd statements, doesn't even know how to talk like a professional and a mature adult. They will illegally deduct leaves from your F &F and won't pay out the accumulated earned leaves. Won't even share the experience letter. This is a totaaly mismanaged and shitshow of a company better to avoid. During onborading of new joinees hr insists to write postive review for the company on websites even though they have barely started and don't have any idea about the company.
