There are a lot of things that I like about Brimma Tech. Firstly, the amazing work culture that allows the employees to work freely with flexible work hours, good support from seniors and colleagues, who motivate and appreciate your efforts. Secondly, the activities and events organized by the company and the employees. Apart from celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries, we have Tribal hour and Cadence call where a few employees arrange fun activities to be played as a tribe. Finally, the infrastructure, Brimma Tech is located on the 3rd floor in Olympia Tech Park, Guindy, which is one of the largest and oldest IT office locations in Chennai. Dislikes

If I had to pick something I dislike about Brimma Tech then it would be the job security aspect. Since Brimma Tech is the first company that I'm working with, I have no idea how it compares to other companies.

I joined Brimma Tech as a Java Developer on April 2022. I have worked on a project which uses a business rule management system named Drools and currently, I'm learning AngularJS and using it to work on another project.

Its not the usual IT company. Their is no hierarchical so you have the opportunity to be the lead, manager just own your product which is great, The work life balance is the best their is. They don't call you asking what and where you have been, just get the work done, that's it.

Dislikes

I don't think their is anything I dislike but its place where you own things, the product, the games and all, if you are a extreme introvert then it might be a little uncomfortable at the starting since you have to come forward to do things but don't worry we have THE Extreme extrovert to change you guys.
