Nothing is such, a highly mismanaged and chaotic start-up company.

Dislikes

Their hiring staff is more clingy than sales people, they all call you several times, message, and email and plead you to join their company, and once you are in, you will know why. It is a start-up in constant state of decay, most of them working here are college freshers including the management, and it is just a temporary refuge for them, until they find a job in some proper IT company. There is no work culture to speak of, here everything is so informal and shoddy. The promotions and incentives are a farce, don't listen to what they will tell you while you are hired. Everything in this organisation is based on variable pay. I was promoted to the assessments team, and they paid like Rs.30 per assessment of each student conducted, and they call this as "promotion" and "extra incentive". There are penalties at every step, and so many of them, and with so many confusing terms and jargon used, that you will have to read, revise and comprehend it like a Bible. I don't like the penalties and the night shifts which I have not chosen for. The stress about the enrollment of students is too high that we cannot handle it because of the credit system.
