Dislikes

Salary is never disposed in time and Teacher's effort and hard work is never appreciated. They bring in new policies now and then and penalize Teachers for all the issues from their end. Teachers are paid very low working late at night and dedicating more than 8-9 hours a day. Their curriculum is worse and they fool parents and customer service is so bad that they don't even respond to parents after payment is done

Townhall meeting takes place every quarter. This gives a chance to teachers to see their higher management people 7. Pay policy is transparent and clear

Dislikes

1. Few policies does not exist at all (like resignation policy). 2. Though the salary mentioned in the job description was realistic, the salary expectation graph that they showed me during onboarding, is completely misleading 3. Management tells the teacher to join the class before time. Management also tells the teacher to switch ON their camera during classes. But when the management themselves conduct meetings, they will often join after the meeting starts and will often not switch ON their camera.

Teh technical team sucks. Earlier they use to pay if a student does not attend the class, now they don't. They used to give 250 rs for 1 class now they give 175 Rs. Dictatory change in policy and no care for employees dedicating their time to these people. Absurd management, greedy management.

...re taking classes and we are getting our pay. So if we take more class more pay. On time salary and if any issues over salary it is been taken care of. Team leads are supportive, festive games and events take s place to relax ourselves.

Dislikes

Unexpected team meets at unexpected time which is betterment for us but sometimes it is exhausted when we take too many classes at a stretch. At some point we get targets which needs to be fulfilled

Excellent opportunity in times like this ie pandemic.The organisation is very supportive and helpful .Unlimited opportunities .Brightchamps has helped me to grow as educator.

The salary is not fixed but if you give your best you can earn a good number
