nothing, poor management, no respect for teachers, no apraisal, no minimum pay..lots of penalties, even students get frustrated because they do not respond to their querries

everything..teachers do not get paid even minimum worth salary..morover they get huge penalties..one complete paid class will pay you 175 and for different reasons penalise you 1500 ..they charge high from students and pay very less or least to teachers..

This is my first job after my graduation and I feel so lucky to have a profession like this. We can choose our work timings, it's completely flexible and the important thing is there is no fixed salary. Which means you get paid for what you work. If you work more, you get paid more and vice versa. To be exact, it is not like just you've got a job and so you get paid monthly whether you do any work or not. If you are really passionate about teaching and you're good at it, this is one of the best platform to work with. And the team leads, tbh they are like seniors guiding in each and every step. As this is a growing start up company, it has some issues like having technical issues at times and sometimes it'll feel like it could've been much more organized. But I know it'll take some time to get with a flow and they're working their best to make everything right and hope they achieve it soon. I also read some reviews on penalties, yes they have so much of penalties and nothing will affect you if you are right fit for the profession and if you are doing your work properly. The organization is based in India and majority of the people working there including the management is all Indian. They hire foreigners, because they have students with specific language requirement. The organization is extremely racist when it comes to non-Indians. You will always be looked down upon and given a step-motherly treatment and all the promotions, benefits and incentives are all meant for Indian staff only. I was mocked at in meetings because of my poor English and different accent from theirs. I have worked with many International organisations before and none of them left such a bad taste as this one. Good work life balance, good organization if you want to teach International students.

It is highly mismanaged and disorganized organization, every small thing there takes a lot of time and you need to wade through a hierarchy of management to get your issues resolved. There is a penalty for everything, for mic not working, if your camera turns off for a few seconds, internet disconnection, and even subjective things,like dark background of your room.
