There are some good officers inside the company , only a very fee. Lot of experience can be get by doing work with this company including tendering, purchase , billing support and exception also. If person has been worked or experienced in this company he can survive at any other company without any difficulty.

There is lot of politics inside company, seniors don't allow you to grow.The work life balance is nil. The salary provided to employee is very much less as compared to other companies doing railway electrification. No training has been given to any department.Also there is no systematic way of doing works. Paper works are very poor, single person need to the site and office work too.
