This organisation is working for the rural area's children to strengthen them physically and mentally. I really enjoy being the part of BOH.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10 to 14 hours straight in a day. Mostly the location where at present I am working in is surrounded by coal mines.

The organisation has Good descipline Nice opportunity to work with it It was a good time for me to be with Bridge of Hope as a social worker

The did not has Good staff meeting at the centre and training for new comers. I don't like this kind of behaviours.

Teammates ware very helpful. As the salary package was not satisfactory and travel policy was good. Work environment was good as had freedom. There was time given for family.

Salary package and there was no any PF.
