If you are new joinee or starter, this is not what you want to start from. You will learn very bad things which won't help you in future in big reputed companies. Lots of micromanagement. Poor Leadership skills. If you are in good terms with the Head/GM, then you can be anyone. No matter how much you slog or work hard, it won't be enough for them. Don't fall for the weekly reviews which they ask. Since they have made the reviews team wise, it becomes easy for them to pick the people out who might have given bad or average reviews. Micro management can be something you will deal with all the time, Bad shift rosters changes within 2 weeks rotational shifts, sadly it takes them forever to hire engineers, they will admit there is crunch but will not hire people and make the engineers extend shifts without over time pay , manager changes every 6 months just imagine, the culture Pathetic!
