One challenge I have faced is that some people appear knowledgeable but the support I need isn't available always when I reach out.

At Brainium Infotech, I found the equilibrium in personal and professional life. The sales team of most of the companies are very aggressive because of the unrealistic goal setting which takes a toll on mental health but here people are supportive, there's chance of growth. From the beginning I have felt the sense of belonging fromthe co-workers and my reporting head is very supportive and liberal. Everyone's voice is heard here in the team. We are given tools to grow better in our respective field. The training period was smooth. The seniors are very helpful.
