Management works on use and throw policy. If a employee is coming for work in morning there is no surety that he /she will be not terminated by the evening. They flaunt on 365 cameras with audio recorder, installed in school premises. Management works on recording each and every detail of the employees. When there principal resignedthey told that they were not happy with her so they terminated her. In a month on an average 5-7 employee resign or they are forced to resign.
