Senior management is very supportive if you are continuously putting effort to make money for them. They are open to all sort of risk taking abilities if proven track record. The independence to work with your own system and do business with company is precious.

Dislikes

Nothing much sort of just a bit pressure which is there in every trading firm.If you generate bussiness you get bussiness.
