- No decent projects. Most of them are fairly average and many of the times get scrapped after a few years. - BP relies heavily on contractors to do the heavy lifting hence as a developer mostly you have to work with Infosys, IBM folks who do not care anything about the kind of work they deliver and are a pain to work with. - Lot's of middle managers with no technical knowledge or clue of what they are doing. - No clarity on promotions....Read More

The ambiance is very nice, you won't feel stress of work. If you are manager's favorite then you will get job satisfaction because they will give you profile and activities which will make your profile shine. Work pressure only during month ends.

Transport facilities are free. Management is ok ok types which i think is same everywhere. Everything depends on which team you are in and how is the manager there. It cannot be same in other process or team.
