Don’t join. Bad work life balance. No specific work shift. Task timings are wired some needs to be performed in morning and some at night so you’ve to be available whole day for office. No time personal life. You can’t fall sick on month close. You will have to work if you’re not feeling well. Shift timings are just fake and not followed at all.
