I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. - Very good work life balance with lots of emphasis on employee wellbeing. - Decent compensation. - Flexible hybrid working. - Home to office and vise versa cab service at your convenient timings.

- No decent projects. Most of them are fairly average and many of the times get scrapped after a few years. - BP relies heavily on contractors to do the heavy lifting hence as a developer mostly you have to work with Infosys, IBM folks who do not care anything about the kind of work they deliver and are a pain to work with. - Lot's of middle managers with no technical knowledge or clue of what they are doing. - No clarity on promotions....Read More
