Finalisation work is helpful for career perspective

Dislikes

The manager is not at all cooperative. There is no time for refreshment. Working hours is always beyond 10 hrs.

Work Details

It was horible. I log in at 8 am and log out at 9 pm. Further hardly i get 1 hr time for my refreshment

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
