the only good thing to work with BOSCO UNHCR was the name associated with BOSCO i.e. UNHCR and the perfection you get doing documentation work. The higher management is extremely sick and sexist. the work culture is so toxic that the employees don't have any personal life balance left.
Dislikes
The extremely sexist management is harassing. the higher authorities are manipulative and strict they objectify their female staff workers and scare them for not giving a good recommendation even holding back their experience if they wish to leave. they would make you work late without any incentives being associated with an international body they keep gender-based inequalities in their office. Staff members are scolded even for leaving their rooms during lunch hours and female members are being questioned regarding their beauty standards. they lay out staff on bogus allegations if they retaliate against them without even worrying about the people the clients we are dealing with. The place is terrible worst with toxic environment. Not at all recommended to join.
Dislikes
Toxic work environment, no space to grow, working under micro manager. Unprofessional management heading organisation.
