Basically bosch rexroth is m&c company so you have lot of chance to improve your self like self study, manufacturer deparment and etc. And you can also secure you career with other companies with the help of bosch experience

Dislike is about that they have not properly work distribution if you are fresher that they give all work to you regarding because some manager thought that you are in jobless people catagiory not all people are like that but some pepole also but very terrible due to worker attitude towards you they not follow your instruction because that thought they have greatly knowledgable

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

If you don't want to learn and grow in future and ok to adjust partial and biased appraisals then this one is good organization for you. Take salary and calm down kind of organization. Most of the higher management and dept head favoured females in all aspects to get their personal favours, so for females this place is like heaven

1. Hard work doesn't pay off 2. Biased and unethical promotion and appraisal with personal judgements (no work valued) 3. Appraisals are below industry average. 4. Daily four hours of travelling from ahemdabad CTM to company. 5. No breakfast 4. 8/10% of salary part includes RAA, which means when you left organization, you have yo return that portion of salary (when you left organization from that date to previous 3 years salary RAA). Means you will stuck here if you dont Want to let go your hard earn money. I paid 55000-60000. 5. So basically if you are in very average company then good to join here, but you any other good opportunity then you should prefere suitable....Read More

The food is bad but its free. Not many advantages Hydraulic training is OK

Managers control very very much and have no decency in speaking. Many managers are toxic, shout openly in public and are not professional. Very toxic work culture and think twice before applying Visited Bangalore office for 2 weeks and it was more bad Salary is very very bad and no growth
