You Employees: BONFIGLIOLI Excellent administration.But Although the employee's job is not permanent, experience pay and low salary increase is available. If you get a high salary increase, there is a chance to earn more than this income in another company after 3 years. This is my request!. I want to have permanent job in this company. I know I won't get it. A wish though!

Provides opportunities to beat them black and white. The way the emplyees are treated is like slave. Regardless of the efforts that you put for the Company, the recognitions are taken by senior managers. Instead of appreciations, your self respect will be taken. The actual job is piece of cake, rather managers add more unnecessary pressure on employees in the name of reviews and meetings. The thing that i learned is "Dont fell prey for responsibility". Responsible person are the one who gets beaten up, regardless of efforts. Managers should solve the issue (5%), instead beating up with words is the culture.
