They won't be honest about the project, they will say that you are hired for some project (that is entirely different from the skill set or position you were hired for) and after some time you will find out that you are hired on a contract for another company. The management is rotten to the core, led by the worst director I’ve ever seen, Satish. He’s an arrogant, clueless, and power-hungry dictator who has no ideahow to run a company. To make matters worse, his uneducated brother, who isn’t even qualified to sweep floors, is running operations. The result? A company filled with incompetence, mismanagement, and pure chaos. Their policies are laughable, their ethics are non-existent, and their promises are all lies. They will ruin your career and your peace of mind. The office is a filthy, depressing place – no proper ACs, no proper WiFi, and no sense of professionalism anywhere. This company is a breeding ground for politics, and exploitation.
