I like the fact Bonace always treats you as a family that will stab you in the back. The flexibility of working hours is underrated as we have to work 9.30 to 8.30 from Monday to Saturday from office and 10 to 6 from home on Sundays. The talent here is appreciated in every way by showing how easily they replace us.

After completing my engineering, I started out in the BD & Tenders team with Bonace. Initially, I felt a bit lost but gradually things started to fall in place. I received great support from my seniors & peers who not only guided me but also motivated me to go the extra mile. The best part about working in Bonace was that I got exposed to a wide range of experiences from bidding for critical high value tenders to visiting manufacturing sites. Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
