- Managers are ruling who are here for long times - HR are just a mute spectator, here only the arbitrariness of the managers - Managers decides only who will be the part of BOLD who'll not, definitely if you are not favorite then always you'll be in trouble - 99% managers are not qualified with managerial skillset but they are Senior Engineering Manager, neither they are B.E/B.Tech nor having any management degree. Only they are holding such designation because he is favorite of his manager. - These issues are mostly in UI department because the India UI head has attitude issue. Technically or managerially he is not justifying his salary and role. He knows very well that he is not going to get any job in the market. So that he is acting like dictator and setting his field according to his benefit. - Earlier BOLD was very good place but right now not. - Most of the UI managers are from Arts background(like Abhishek, Santosh...) but their designation are - Architect, Sr. Architect, Manager, Sr. Manager... Nothing much to like. It WAS a good company but now its turning into an MNC with micromanagement at its peak.

Dislikes

Less pay. They recently merged UI and backend into one. All the EMs were from Backend so no scope for UI is left. They won't be promoted and the appraisal is peanuts.
