Job is safe but learning in Quality is nothing we need find the source and we need to study by own if ur suplier quality you should be experienced don't join as supplier quality without knowing about this field even if you struggle hard here no one will find what your doing and what you are capable of so my suggesion I am not blaming the management we are working in a remote areas communication through cell phones emails will not work for beginners in supplier quality because I had worked as a process quality engineer but there is a lot difference b/w that and this so my request to management don't blame us it's your responsible to provide what we required initially I had strugled a lot no formats no documents nothing how can we follow someone without having anything even if we create our own formats no feedback nothing so if you have this kind of work culture how we will improve, you need to guide us you need to train us but what's happening here sometimes they will call and ask the updates sometimes no phone calls nothing but the reply will be why there is no update on production I am confused whether I am quality engineer or production engineer, as a suplier quality I need to update the issues with process and mayerial to the department but other than this I am involving in all the things whether I am a test engineer or production engineer I don't know what to do whether I need to continue this job or to quit I am totally confused 😕 As a beginner or less experienced we need a boss with no Ego and selfishness then only we will learn something otherwise this job is waste now I am forgetting everything what I have learnt previously...Read More
