Company gives you a good work life balance, overtime is paid and hence Managers try to keep it max up to 2 hours a day. Shift is 8.50 hours only. Job security is there if you are performing good.

Pay is below market average, lack of focus on employees skill developments. managers are biased and promotions are pre decided in credit services group. It is more of 1 Man monopoly where he is head of Credit Services handling around 45 people. An employee was promoted just 3 months back and they already had decided when after 1 years when employee becomes eligible for promotion to promote that employee again even thought that employee lacks qualities required for next grade. Salary or compensation is less. Work life balance shall be appreciated. My manager always provides work based upon incidents created paved the way for AE deployments. Identified quite shortly and posted in the group. Many challenges met during conversations during decommissioning procedure. AE deployment is major achievement for the year.

Management is worse. Managers treat their subordinates like servant. There's a lot of micrmanagment. For example, my manager is literally rude and arrogant. Asked to send an EOD which should have detail about every minute that you spend in the office. Has zero knowledge of the process. People have complaint about his behaviour but no action has been taken which means it's their culture.

Partiality in promotion. leaders are very bad in communication. For survival you need to roam around manager and no value for talent and skills or experience. Very bad company culture... Organization filled with sycophant, flatterer, or brown-noser.

In equal distribution on work , pramotion and salary , in the last 2 years there were n number of freshers and there is only new hiring and the existing resources are exploited. They new joine have better pay than seniors and trainers. The position they got through promotion is now an entry level position. This leased no work satisfaction.
