Looking for Support in Getting Referral and My Resume Shortlisted

Hello everyone, For the past two months, I’ve been actively applying for SDE and Data Engineer roles at companies like Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, American Express, MasterCard, Morgan Stanley, BNY Mellon, CITCO, and several others. Despite regularly updating my resume, practicing on LeetCode, and staying consistent with my efforts, I haven’t received any callbacks from recruiters. If any of you could assist me with a referral to the companies mentioned above, it would be incredibly helpful. I am confident in my ability to excel in the interview process, but I would greatly appreciate your support in getting my resume shortlisted. I am open to all roles involving technology, particularly those related to Python, Java, and their respective frameworks.

Dislikes

Company's policies are employee orientated but ground level mangers are manipulating as per their convince and you can't argue with them because it ll affect the performance. You can see the HR only at the time onboarding after that you ll never seen them. Managers are pressuring so much.
