It was once a heaven for many mainframer and bank technologists, with lot of old and new technology co exists. The company is always a pioneer in the US Investment bank industry to bring innovations The company talks too much about particular technology which are sometimes not suitable or applicable to their business.

Dislikes

The Indian management side i believe many times lags in the visionery set by the US Counterparts. Also many people here developed and sat like GOVT employees, who had been damaged much in the recent layoffs happened in the company and still on going. Though i left voluntarily i feel such re-org is necessary for reshaping the company

I was Java developer .But most of the work was in older technology eg. Struts, ejb .Mostly older technology. Sometimes you can be given out of the stack technology like coldfusion and many others .Mostly support work .
