Nothing, this is the most toxic company I have ever worked for where everyone is living with the fear of layoffs. Nobody works for long term growth but to save the day and celebrate at the end of week that they still have the job. (Only thing slightly good is they offer good paychecks)

Favoritism starts at the top, senior leadership having acquaintances with colleagues from JP and Morgan Stanley have taken over and existing ppl are being discarded in a dishonest fashion. There is a sense of insecurity across the floor. And senior leaders are not doing enough to pass on a sense of security (I think they are trying to save their own positions and somewhere got lost) I have heard lot of stories, people being told to leave the bank.
