Company gives you a good work life balance, overtime is paid and hence Managers try to keep it max up to 2 hours a day. Shift is 8.50 hours only. Job security is there if you are performing good.

Pay is below market average, lack of focus on employees skill developments. managers are biased and promotions are pre decided in credit services group. It is more of 1 Man monopoly where he is head of Credit Services handling around 45 people. An employee was promoted just 3 months back and they already had decided when after 1 years when employee becomes eligible for promotion to promote that employee again even thought that employee lacks qualities required for next grade. Bny put employee first but not the work. Company care about there employee and provide no.of facilities too. But it totally depends on how your manager is in consideration of leaves and promotions.

Promotions and job security is not there, as bny is top banking sector and rapidly grasping the AI which is causing the fear of job security.

Nothing, this is the most toxic company I have ever worked for where everyone is living with the fear of layoffs. Nobody works for long term growth but to save the day and celebrate at the end of week that they still have the job. (Only thing slightly good is they offer good paychecks)

Dislike? Everything. The company culture is horrible. The teams are not stable with people either laid off or resigning as soon as they can due to the fear of lay-offs. Carreer-wise and Learning-wise - BIG ZERO. If you want to learn politics - Great sandbox
