Job security is good at BNP Paribas GSO, work culture of my team (Luxembourg Reconciliation) is terrible, I have not seen other team members work as hell as our team. Kindly avoid Luxembourg, Paris, Dublin, Spain and Italy Reconciliation teams, if you want to work at BNP. Company policies were good at my time, I don't know how they are now.

I worked at BNP Paribas in Luxembourg Reconciliations team for 4 years. Not a worst place to work but there are more other good work places eg: S.G, Intertrust, BNY, Temenos, Oracle, etc., Things I feel that is too bad are their multiple back to back deadlines, many in our team sacrifice their lunch and other nature call breaks due to these deadlines. My Manager generaly keeps everyone at fear to have control over our team, I hope still he's has not given up his fear principle 😅, some were in maternity leave for 10 months and they were given promotion, Regarless of this time of great resignation, many of my peers were not recognised for their quality of work and they thought not to work for this company and they quit. They acquired new deputy manager for replacement of a senior associate and manager FT is included in the production but they don't work even double check critical funds that have more complexity, more clash between mumbai team and chennai team, Mumbai team was created to act as BCP when Chennai goes down in any case, Some complex and more simple projects were transferred to Mumbai, It is been two years since their established, many incidents and material impact so far but their team has more FT's than here.
