Salary/compensation is very low in the market. No value for appraisal discussions. Promoting incapable individuals since they are working for longer period in the organisation.

Which company is good for long term growth & Work life balance ?

I'm Java FSD with 10+ yrs experience. Currently holding offer with Capgemini 33 LPA (30 Fixed + 3 Variable). Recently got another offer from BNP Paribas 31 LPA Fixed only. Recruiter is not matching the Capgemini offer which is 33 LPA saying variable will not be considered for matching even after lot of negotiation. Not sure about yearly hikes & bonuses at BNP. Which one to choose ?
