HR Yogi doesn't have any common sense 😬😡 of shortlisting the resume or profile before conducting a direct walk-in interview. He simply scheduling the interview , later on direct meet, he intimating the dress code what to wear. Again , rescheduling on some otherday and intimating that the profile is not matching. This much bigger concern having a stupid HR who doesn't know to shortlist or reject profiles based on experience required before conducting a direct interview.
